As it is found that Indian women have relatively low Haemoglobin i.e Hb, a special camp for women working in BSNL was organized on 8th March on behalf of Women’s Day. A team from Surya Sahyadri Hospital visited them where their Hb was checked. Doctors briefed the ladies regarding the effects of low Hb and how it can hamper their daily routine. They were adviced that making simple Dietary changes can help them to maintain a good Hb level.
